  1. Install the modpack. The Modrinth App handles Java and every mod version for you. Ten minutes, start to finish.

  3. Learn the catch loop. False Swipe to 1 HP, then a status move, then throw. It matters far more than which ball you use.
  4. Check the level cap. If a Pokemon stops levelling it has hit the cap for your gym progress, not a bug.
