In game description
The turn after using this move, the user hits the target with electrically charged ice to inflict damage. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
Using Freeze Shock in Cobblemon
Freeze Shock is a physical move, so it scales off Attack against the target Defense. Give it to a Pokemon whose Attack is the higher of the two, and remember the 1.5x same-type bonus if the user is Ice.
Check the type chart before relying on it, and look up specific targets in the Pokedex where dual-type multipliers are already worked out.
